All Furnish Flare products include a 12-month warranty covering:
- Structural defects
- Manufacturing faults
- Hardware or component failure
This warranty operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What Is Not Covered
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural characteristics of wood, fabric, rattan or stone
- Fading, pilling or fabric wrinkling
- Colour variations
- Water damage or moisture exposure
- Damage caused by pets
- Misuse, abuse, improper assembly or modifications
- Commercial use (unless specified)

Custom-Made Furniture
Custom-made furniture is covered for structural faults only.
Surface variations or minor discrepancies are normal in handcrafted timber and upholstery.
